Got my Christmas ‘21 magazines in Feb ‘22. No customer service to resolve problems. Unbelievable amount of mail to subscribe more magazines in my mailbox. To unsubscribe doesn’t work. 3/4 Magazines are full of advertising .

I bought gift subscriptions for my daughters as well as Costal Living for myself.No one was receiving their magazines. I called the main office in Iowa and spoke with Cindy.She was what “ customer service” is supposed to be!!!!!Hard to find in today’s work ethics!I will be a loyal Meridth customer, as long as you have the “ Cindy’s” working for your corporation!!!!Thank you Cindy for your professional knowledge and HELP!!!!Vicki

They started emailing me absurd clickbait content without option to unsubscribe.

This place buys likes and followers and builds digital brands that are full of spam and content that contributes no good to public ethos.
