Update: I previously left a positive review but things have changed. I was a customer with CFMS for about a year. The first 9 months went well but the final 3 months were a disaster.According to our contract we paid for Backlink Services, Citation Management, and Search Engine Optimization. We received one page speed optimization email, a couple reports, and ZERO backlinks for the months of June and July. Even though Michael claims that he spent hours upon hours on our project, no time sheets are ever provided for accountability. Furthermore, a handful of the backlinks that were provided in previous months were taken down by the site owners/publishers leaving us with even fewer backlinks. Michael was always pushing us to put more money into the project, promising us better service and more backlinks but in reality, we stopped receiving the service that we paid for.As of posting this review, our organic traffic has fallen 60% in the past 3 months with our SEO company asleep at the wheel. This left us no choice but to change companies as we were not receiving the service that we paid for.
