WORST company – will steal your money

I DO NOT KNOW HOT THEY WERE ABLE TO DELETE MY FIRST REVIEW?!!!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! We initially agreed on a project fee of CAD$750, which was revised from our original agreement of CAD$500. I made a payment in advance of half the agreed-upon amount (CAD$375) to start work on my website. However, what they did to my website IS HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of giving me a fully customized and unique website as agreed, they COPIED another website EXACTLY THE SAME?! Leaving my website 100% INCOMEPLE and UNORIGINAL. This project has taken OVER A YEAR AND IN THE END ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS A COPIED WEBSITE!!!! Please do not be like me and trust these people BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. To my biggest shock, THEY THEN CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL CAD $250 payment??????? This demand came SUDDENLY and without ANY PRIOR notice. They claimed the additional payment was because they have done “extra work” on a plugin THEY MADE ME PAY FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE??????? IF THE PLUGIN WAS TOO MUCH WORK WHY DID THEY CHOOSE IT AND MAKE ME PAY EXTRA FOR IT????? The quality of the website they have produced is completely RUBBISH AND UNUSEABLE; they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in one year of work!!! and I am not willing to pay an extra CAD$250 for NOTHING. I said I will not be paying the money because the website HAD ZERO WORK DONE ON IT. WHY SHOULD I PAY EXTRA FOR NOTHING AGAIN???? they then REFUSED to provide me the files I ALREADY PAID FOR IN MY ADVANCED PAYMENT unless I paid the additional CAD$250!!!!!!! AND THEY WILL NOT PROCESS A REFUND AT ALL. HIS COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL IN BLAMING OTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said it was my fault that I did not tell him about any of this from the beginning WHEN I SPECIFICALLY SENT A WORD DOCUMENT OUTLINING EXACTLY HOW I WANTED TO ORGANIZE MY WEBSITE !!!!!!!!! HE DENIED ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE DOCUMENT. AFTER THIS HE HAS BLOCKED ME AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY WEBSITE FILES OR MY REFUND. (please see images attached for proof that these people HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY’RE DOING AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. I am warning everyone to stay away from this company. Please do not be like me and trust them or you will lose time and money. These people are professional scammers and liars. BEWARE.
